We’re decking the halls at Kirkby Stephen Youth Centre and inviting local makers, crafters, bakers, and small businesses to join us for a magical Christmas Fayre on Friday 6th December. Whether you’re selling handmade gifts, festive bakes, decorations, or wintery treats – we’d love to have you! This is a brilliant opportunity to showcase your goods, spread some Christmas cheer, and support a much-loved community space. 🎁 Tables are just £10 each and include festive tunes, a warm welcome, and a joyful atmosphere filled with mince pies, twinkly lights, and plenty of community spirit. Spaces are limited – book early to avoid disappointment! Let’s make this a Christmas to remember! 🎅🌟

🎄 Christmas Fayre Table Booking Policy Event Date: Friday 6th December 2024 Time: 3:00pm – 6:00pm Venue: Kirkby Stephen Youth Centre, Evergreen Building, Redmayne Road, CA17 4RL Table Fee: £10 per table (non-refundable) 1. Bookings & Payment Tables must be booked in advance. Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received. The table fee is £10 per table and is non-refundable (unless the event is cancelled by KSYC). 2. Stallholder Setup Stallholder setup is from 12:00pm (midday) on the day of the event. All stalls must be fully set up and ready by 2:50pm. Each stallholder is responsible for their own setup and tidy-up. 3. What’s Provided One table and two chairs per booking. Access to power is not guaranteed – please contact us before booking if electricity is essential. 4. Insurance & Liability Stallholders are responsible for their own items, money, and equipment. KSYC accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. If selling food or cosmetics, we strongly advise having public liability insurance and complying with all health and safety requirements. 5. Product Guidelines We welcome festive items, handmade gifts, crafts, bakes, and more. This is a family event – no alcohol, tobacco, or items deemed inappropriate. Food sellers must adhere to food hygiene laws. 6. Behaviour & Community Spirit Please be kind and respectful to other stallholders, volunteers, staff, and visitors. KSYC reserves the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave the premises.
