Our centre is open to all children and young people aged 10 to 18.

We split sessions into age groups to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Yes. Our team of trusted youth workers and volunteers are always here to listen.

We offer a calm, respectful space for young people to talk about anything on their mind — without judgement.

If needed, we can also help with signposting to additional support services.

We provide free juice and toast during every session.

There’s also a small tuck shop with snacks, so some young people like to bring a bit of pocket money — but it’s not essential.

Our sessions are completely free. Donations are always welcome, but never expected everyone is welcome here, no matter their circumstances.

We’re open every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evening.

• Mondays and Thursdays - Ages 10–13: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

• Tuesdays and Saturdays - 13+: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Every now and again, we have joint sessions. These will always be advertised in advance.

We plan a wide variety of activities every week — from arts and crafts, games, and cooking, to mental health workshops, sports, drama, and more.

Yes, we do ask for a quick registration form to be completed. This helps us keep everyone safe and ensure we meet any additional needs.

Forms can be completed online via our home page or social media accounts, or in person at the centre.
