Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, loneliness—or simply need a safe space to talk—you’re welcome here.
This peer-led group offers the chance to talk, listen, and connect in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment. No diagnosis or referral needed—just come as you are.
